BlueChipGarage is operated by MHP Technology LLC.

What we collect

• Your account: email, name if you give one, a password stored only as a salted hash, and your calculator defaults (home state and annual mileage).
• Your activity on the site: watchlist entries and saved searches.
• Billing records: the plan, amount and date, and the card brand and last four digits. Payments are processed by Stripe for MHP Technology LLC: you enter your card on Stripe's checkout page and the full card number never reaches our servers. To enforce one free trial per card we keep Stripe's card fingerprint — an identifier Stripe derives from the card, from which the card number cannot be recovered. Stripe's handling of your payment details is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
• Server logs: IP address, request path and timestamp, kept for security and abuse prevention.

What we don't do

No advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking pixels, and no selling or sharing of personal data. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in. The only emails we send are about your account — password resets and, during a free trial, a reminder before the first charge — from [email protected].

Vehicle data

Listing and sales data is collected from public sources and concerns vehicles, not people. Where a listing names a seller we do not store it.
